The Alchemy of Relating
with Brad Richecoeur and Joanna Watters
Meditation, Freestyle Movement (without Qigong) and Self Enquiry

Dates TBC

The workshop is for everyone, whether in a relationship or not.

Please email Penny if you have any questions.

Exploring how resting in embodied presence –
where connection is already here,
peace is always available
and relating is naturally happening
– transforms everything, without trying to change a thing, is loving without effort.

From being here and held within a supportive and loving group field,
our capacity can awaken to relate with ourselves, each other and the world.

Sometimes we need to become exhausted with being at war—
with ourselves, with each other—repeating the same arguments and conflicts,
before we become open to another possibility.

Yet however much we long for peace and love,
however much we try to create it through effort and intention,
it never quite seems to work.
This workshop supports us to have some space around this perspective
that keeps recreating separation and struggle.

Through a mixture of sitting, movement, spoken enquiry and heart dialogue,
we can recognise the ways that we have learnt to adapt and resist being here as we actually are,
noticing how this keeps us isolated and feeling separate from our source nature,
our authentic sense of self and our meetings with others.

This is a radical and deceptively simple exploration: the effects are immediate and yet they can’t be held on to.

This workshop is open to people who have worked with either Brad or Joanna before,
as well as a good introduction to this work for newcomers.

See here for more information about Joanna and her work.
