QIGONG CLASSES WEEK BEGINNING JUNE 1ST
I am very happy to continue to offer four weekly classes online on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday until the end of July. I will also be offering an online home retreat at the end of June. Please see below for more information about the classes and the retreat.
You can register and pay by debit/credit card for specific classes-see below. You will then receive a Zoom link to be able to join the class, this may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. I suggest doing this in advance, so that you can give yourself a chance to arrive and settle in before the class begins. If you do not receive the Zoom link, please check your spam/junk box. If you have any problems click here to email Penny.
You can keep up to date about online classes by bookmarking this page which is refreshed every week, or by clicking here to be added to a mailing list for online classes.
Beginners and experienced are very welcome.
During these challenging times in which many of us face a reduced income, I’d like to make these classes as accessible as possible, so I am offering them on a sliding scale. Please pay what you can afford.
TIPS FOR USING ZOOM
Zoom is asking all users to update its Zoom software for free by the end of May, click here for more information.
The basic controls that you’ll need are mute and stop/start video which are at the bottom left hand side of the window. During the group call there will also be the option to see all members of the class (gallery mode) or when Brad starts teaching to just see just him full screen (speaker view). This control will be at the top right hand corner of the window. We ask that you do not record a class.
The Zoom Room opens 15 mins before the class to give everyone a chance to arrive. You will be able to see and hear me, you can choose whether you would like to be seen or heard.
If you have difficulty with Zoom please click here to email Penny who has offered to support students setting up Zoom.
