QIGONG ONLINE CLASSES WEEK BEGINNING JANUARY 25TH
As well as the weekly Qigong classes on Monday and Fridays, I am offering the Freedom of Being, a retreat level exploration through the practices of Enquiry, Qigong and Meditation.

My wish is to make these classes as accessible as possible, whilst also honouring the value of what I am offering. In this spirit, I would like to ask you to reflect on what the classes mean to you and to pay on the sliding scale what you can afford relative to your financial means.
This is refreshed at the beginning of each week, I suggest that you book mark the page if you are interested in being kept up to date.
Beginners and experienced are very welcome.

TIPS FOR USING ZOOM
The basic controls that you’ll need are mute and stop/start video which are at the bottom left hand side of the window. During the group call there will also be the option to see all members of the class (gallery mode) and when Brad starts teaching we suggest that you ‘pin his video’ to make sure that you see him in full screen throughout the session. To do this on a laptop click on the three dots in the top right of the window containing his image, then scroll down to ‘pin video’. On a smart phone or tablet simply double tap on Brad’s image.
The Zoom Room opens 15 mins before the class to give everyone a chance to arrive. You will be able to see and hear me, you can choose whether you would like to be seen or heard.
