July 23rd August 1st 2020

With Daverick Leggett, Fran Andre, Gavin Frank, Rob Carney, Tallulah Rendall, Nick Price, Ruth Jenni, Graham Burgess and friends

A voice camp dedicated to the joy of singing! Sing your heart out from dawn til dusk in our beautiful Dartmoor meadow. For anyone who loves to sing this is a camp filled with music. Highly skilled teachers, loads of fun for children and a heartwarming experience of community.

Burning Hearts

August 13-18th 2020

This camp is a direct response to the climate and ecological emergency. Details will be posted in January

About Our Camps

The beautiful secluded venue for all of our summer camps exudes both the peace and wildness of the moors. It is surrounded by hills, trees and bordered by the bubbling Holy Brook. We are within easy walking distance of the River Dart, with its swimming places and wooded walks, as well as the open moor and its magical wildness.

Facilities
We have a selection of beautiful carpeted yurts and geodomes, several with wood stoves, some with wooden floors, large marquees for cooking and eating, a sauna and especially made ‘compost loo’s. We bathe in the Holy Brook that flows through the site and have gas hot water on site.

Even though there is a sense of truly being away from civilisation we are only a few minutes away from shops and other amenities.

General Camp Guidelines
These are small, intimate camps with participants limited to a maximum of 110 adults and 40 children, including workers. We request that no drugs or dogs are brought to the camp.
In order to create the possibility of deepening into common-unity we request no arrivals after the starting day and no departures before the end.

Food
We cook communally using mainly local organic vegetables and vegetarian wholefoods. We aim to cater for special diets as much as possible.

Children
The children have their own domes and games and activities are offered for children aged three and above for the main morning and afternoon sessions. Under-threes need to have parental supervision.
