Cheltenham Courses

P1000166 - Version 3These classes are still on hold. However, I am running a new series of weekends in Bristol which those who would otherwise attend classes in Cheltenham might like to join

……….

10am-4pm at Southam Village Hall (map)
£45 per day – tel: Chaya 01242 571285

These ongoing groups, some of which have been rolling for almost twenty five years decades, are an ideal environment to learn Qigong. Taking a whole day allows the practice to permeate deeply and the monthly interval is a workable commitment for many people. The group energy supports each person in their practice and a strong Qi field develops. The day is spacious, warm and sociable and deep friendships are often formed.

The classes cover four main aspects of Hua Gong practice: the Self-Healing Form, Standing and Moving with the Qi Ball, Sitting Meditation and Digestive Qigong. Over time various complementary practices such as the Five Animals forms, Walking and Sleeping Qigong are also introduced and every day there is a chance to talk in depth about the work.
