ADVANCED HUA GONG FORMS WEEKEND WORKSHOP
Studio 6, Dartington, Devon
The Advanced Hua Gong Forms are in comparison with the fundamental Hua Gong Forms. While the later approaches the body to activate the Qi (the airy nature of the body) and then to build up the Shen (the body light), the former goes for the Shen directly.
Through some consistent whirling, spinning and rotating arm movements, the Shen can be gathered and focused in the energy centre of the body. The focused Shen energy can be illustrated or possibly perceived as a ball of light. Then this ‘light ball’ can be circulated all around the body through some whole body movements. The Shen is the highest form of our essential energy and contains the ‘living signal’ of our life. To utilise the power of the Shen can enables us to realise our potential capacities as a human being and therefore to enhance our health and energy level to a greater degree.
The effect of this practice is to embody a great degree of liveliness and potent health.
Focused on absorbing and integrating the Light Ball through the body. REGISTER NOW
