FOCUS FOR THE WEEKENDS IN 2008


The Fundamental Hua Gong Forms represents the most updated information and transmission, and provides the most detailed and systematic teaching of Hua Gong on the primary level. It is appropriate for all levels of Qigong practitioners, regardless of age group and health condition.
From a learning and healing point of view it is beneficial to attend all weekends for a thorough grounding in the Hua Gong practice. However it is also possible to benefit from one weekend.

BENEFITS OF HUA GONG PRACTICE

Ying Yang Prevention and Improving. Health Prevention is better than cure. People who are healthy can prevent future illness and improve their health greatly.

Ying Yang Healing and Recovery. Its healing power is probably the most important reason for the popularity of Hua Gong Many people have experienced profound transformation in their health and life because of Hua Gong.

Ying Yang Longevity. Daoist masters take longevity as the highest goal of practice. Sustaining good health to the end of our life is the real test of high level accomplishment of practice.

Ying Yang More Freedom in Life. It becomes more possible to recover from serious illness and to improve our health through our own efforts. We are better able to restore the balance when  we occasionally feel unwell.

Ying Yang Unusual Abilities. It is possible to develop unusual abilities in healing, artistic creativity and spiritual aspects.

Buckfast Abbey
Buckfast Abbey is situated at the south eastern corner of Dartmoor. Surrounded by trees and next to the River Dart, it is a beautifully peaceful location for retreats and courses.

We use a large, well heated hall, with disabled access and just a minute away from the Grange restaurant.

The nearest train stations are Totnes and Newton Abbot, with direct services to all parts of the country. Totnes is 10 minutes away with good train connections to London (Paddington), Bristol and the North of England. Exeter and Plymouth airports are 30 minutes away.
