In this class we cover many of the essential aspects of Hua Gong: the self-healing form, standing and moving with the Qi Ball, walking/sitting/lying practices, spontaneous movement. Classes may also include some animal forms and work with the shen form.
Each term follows a theme. The class can be taken simply for its healing benefit or as a support for regular practice. Over time you will learn a wide range of effective practices which will support your health and help to liberate potentials which might otherwise lie hidden in your being. All levels of experience are welcome.
This class runs in term blocks: the first two classes in each block are open to new members, then the group is closed until the next block. This allows the group practice to drop deeper.
